1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Products must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged, altered, or show signs of excessive use.

Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Defective or damaged products (caused by manufacturing errors or during shipping) are eligible for return, exchange, or full refund, regardless of the return window (please contact us immediately upon discovery).
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Clear photos/videos of the product (if it is defective or damaged)

Our customer service team will review your request within 2-3 business days and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with detailed instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

Package the product securely, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it to the address provided in the RA email. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product, defective item).

Once we receive and inspect the returned product (usually 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will confirm the eligibility of the return and proceed with the next steps (refund or exchange).
3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after we have received, inspected, and approved the returned product.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

Shipping costs paid at the time of order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped).

If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the return is our responsibility.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size or color), please follow the return process outlined above and specify your exchange request in your email to customer service. Once we receive and approve the returned product, we will ship the new product to you. Exchange shipping costs will be covered by Ycicormall only if the exchange is due to our error; otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the new product.

If the package is confirmed lost, we will evaluate the situation and provide a refund or exchange at our discretion.
